Eamonn Quinn
Eamonn founded Board Matters International in 2015, through the integration of his successful interim management and private practice business, Quinn & Associates that had been running since 2004. Eamonn has significant experience in designing and implementing change at CEO level in complex multinational, multi-cultural and sectoral settings with an emphasis being placed on rapid, successful delivery. A former IT security specialist and academic, Eamonn is a Chartered Accountant and highly experienced Company Director in the multinational regulated financial services and fintech sectors, with a strong focus on banking and insurance, with experience in Europe, UK, Ireland and the US.
Eamonn leads our Dublin office and has extensive board evaluation and advisory experience.
Paul Glen
Having joined us 2021, Paul leads our London office. He is a Chartered Accountant and is a highly experienced Director in the regulated financial services sector, with expertise in both personal and commercial lines insurance. Paul has led many multinational financial services companies at CEO level with experience in Europe, UK, Ireland and Australia and has successfully lead and implemented complex change programs.
He has extensive experience in business modelling, operational risk management and quantification, general insurance pricing, conduct of business and in managing relationships with regulators.
